Learning How to Heal a Broken Heart

I have to apologize to all my readers. I am sorry I haven't published any articles as of lately. A lot of people have been asking me why I haven’t written much. Truth be told, I have been writing every single day. I’ve worked on a project that meant a great deal to me, and it is finally complete. I AM SUPER EXCITED to announce the release of my very first book:

“Learning How to Heal a Broken Heart – Transforming Breakdowns into Breakthroughs.”

To be completely honest, I didn’t know where this journey would take me. I’ve been writing for three years now. Still, when my work ended up getting published in online magazines and all of a sudden, my articles got 20,000 views in 6 days, I knew that there was power in my words. I knew there was a purpose in my pain. I knew I wasn’t the only one struggling.

So, it began. Every day, for hours and hours, I worked on this book. For weeks, I wrote and wrote. I put my heart and soul into this. I can say without a doubt that I’ve never been prouder in my life of something. Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me on this journey. You all made this happen.

Thank you to my editor Elizabeth M. March who loved the book the minute I pitched her my manuscript. Her feedback and support have been unparalleled throughout this entire process. I am beyond grateful for her.

What initially started as an outlet for me, turned into something much greater. It is an incredible feeling to create something that helps people cope with their set of circumstances. Especially when you’re putting so much time and energy into something that you genuinely love and have a passion for.

I write about life, I write about things that I am actually dealing with, experiences that I have gone through. This is real for me. And don’t get me wrong, I am not confused about who gave me this gift. God gave me this gift, and he gave me the ability to put my thoughts into words that make an impact. Writing makes me whole, and I know that God gave me this ability to cope with the struggles life brings.

I wouldn’t be here telling you this if it wasn’t for him. I started putting him first, and my life literally made a complete turn. My life has never been the same, and I am so grateful for him and all that he has done for me. I thought I lost something irreplaceable. But I found out that the only thing I’ve lost were the chains that kept me bound. I am finally free.

This book is for everyone who has ever loved and lost. Everyone who has been disappointed, rejected, or let down. This book is for all who have made mistakes. For the ones who are haunted with regret and guilt. The ones who are struggling to move on, struggling to let go. The ones who have been broken. For the ones who’ve done the breaking. This book is for everyone who is in desperate need of healing.

This book is for me, it’s for your best friend, your neighbor, your sister, your brother, your coworker, this book is for you. We all experience heartbreak, we all make mistakes, we all get disappointed. We all break, and when we that happens, we must learn how to heal. We must become whole again. Let me show you how it’s done!

I promise you; this book will change your life. Just as much as writing it has changed mine.
