Learning How to Heal a Broken Heart
Posted on October 30 2019

I AM SUPER EXCITED to announce the release of my very first book:
“Learning How to Heal a Broken Heart – Transforming Breakdowns into Breakthroughs.”
"The One"
Posted on August 27 2019

We get taught all our life’s that we have to find someone else in order to complete us. To make us whole. And I’m telling you from the bottom of my heart that this is not the case. I wish you’d realize and believe me when I tell you that you do not need another person in order to complete you. Single is a whole number.
Break every Chain

I hope you find that strength that I know you have. You just don’t know it yet. You can overcome that heartbreak; you can let go of the addiction. You can fight the anxiety. You don’t have to let worry and fear dictate how you live your life.
Total Forgiveness
Posted on August 24 2019

Forgiveness means accepting responsibility – not for causing the destruction, but for cleaning it up. It’s the decision that restoring your own peace is finally a bigger priority than disrupting someone else’s.
It's Time to Move On
Posted on August 22 2019

A new season is approaching. A season of prosperity and hope. A season of blessings. I can feel it in my veins. It’s coming. But in order to receive these blessings and step into your wonderful future, you’ll need to let go of what is holding you back. Let go of who’s holding you back.
His Pieces to Mend
Posted on August 19 2019

You cope differently when you put your trust in God. You heal differently. See, God can heal your broken heart, but you need to give him all the pieces. When you put your trust in God you have to fully trust him. Not halfway, not 60%, not ‘I trust him as long as things are getting better’. No, complete and utter faith is required.
Don’t Build your life on the Wrong Foundation
Posted on August 11 2019

You put God first, build him as your foundation, and watch how everything else will work its way out.
You start to attract the right people in your life, the people who you need, the people who need you. You’ll also learn to lose the wrong people, the ones who are toxic to you, the ones who use and abuse you, the ones who need to go.
You’ll learn to appreciate the things in life that matter. You’ll find your calling, and one day it’ll all make sense.
Put God first in everything that you do. With him as foundation, you cannot fail.
I'm Not Going Back
Posted on August 06 2019

I’m never going back to the toxic lifestyle, the toxic relationships, the self-destructive behavior. There’s no going back to the old life. That life is behind me. I’m not looking back. I’m not looking over my shoulder and wonder ‘what could have been’. I put the ‘what if’s’ to rest.
Don't Skip the Pain
Posted on August 05 2019

I pray that you find the strength to admit that you’re hurting and embrace it. Embrace the pain, embrace the loss. Learn from it, grow from it, overcome it.
Time doesn’t make it easier, it makes you stronger.
The 'Good' in Goodbye
Posted on July 19 2019

Sometimes when we are right in the middle of our pain and grief we cannot fathom the other side, the light at the end of the tunnel, the possibility of ever finding the good in all of it.
But as time passes, as hearts heal, as souls emerge, you start to see that somehow, someway this was all for the greater good. And one day you see for yourself that the thing that made you feel the most broken, is the best possible thing that ever could have happened to you to make you whole again.
